10 year anniversary

A huge shout out to Alex McLeish who joined the Champion Groundworks team 10 years ago tomorrow!

Alex joined the team following his successful completion of a bricklaying apprenticeship, having realised that he didn't enjoy it as much as he'd hoped. We welcomed him as a site operative, learning the ropes across all aspects of groundworks and within a few years, he'd honed in on road drainage being an area he was particularly keen on focusing on. Fast forward to now and Alex has a lead role within one of our road drainage gangs, currently hard at work at Libbets Grange in Crediton for Bellway Homes.

Thank you so very much Alex for your hard work, dedication and loyalty over the last decade - we're glad to have you with us and look forward to the next 10 years (and beyond!) with you as part of the Champion Groundworks family.
