10 Year anniversary: Katie Stait

Katie joined Champion in 2016 as a trainee Construction Administrator, gaining experience across key functions at our Liskeard head office. It wasn’t long before she found her calling in Health & Safety—and she certainly threw herself into it!

Alongside her Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Technician apprenticeship, Katie also completed her NEBOSH qualification, showing the commitment and determination that have been a hallmark of her time with Champion.

Most recently, Katie achieved her Level 6 NVQ in Construction Operations Management, adding to her experience and expertise as a valued member of our SHEQ team, where she plays a vital role.

Katie is currently on maternity leave after welcoming gorgeous little Rayna in March, and we’re looking forward to welcoming her back to the office in the not-too-distant future.
