20 year anniversary

A very big shout out to Matt Searle, who celebrated his 20-year anniversary with us this week.

We'll never stop feeling hugely blessed by the number of people within our workforce who stick with us for the long-term, and give their all, over the days, weeks, months & years. Our entire business is built on relationships, and our workers are at the heart of what we do - so it feels great to share anniversaries like this with people like Matt, who truly embody what it is to be a loyal, hard-working and reliable member of our team.
