Celebrating our latest apprenticeship graduate.
A huge congratulations to Liam Chapple, who has successfully completed his Level 2 Groundworks Apprenticeship with Champion Groundworks.
Liam joined us in late 2024, beginning his apprenticeship alongside our experienced teams in South Molton. Combining practical, on-site experience with his studies at Bridgwater College, he has developed skills across all areas of groundworks—and picked up his dumper ticket along the way!
We’re delighted that Liam is now a permanent member of the Champion team, currently working on our Landkey project in Barnstaple for Lovell Partnerships.
Reflecting on his apprenticeship, Liam says the highlight has been working with great people who have encouraged and supported him throughout his journey. It’s our people, shared commitment and drive to deliver great work that truly set our teams apart.
