A huge congratulations to Michael Hammer, who recently celebrated 10 years with the Champion Groundworks team.
Mike joined us on his 19th birthday as an apprentice and has been a dependable, hardworking member of the team ever since. Over the past decade, he's continued to develop his skills, build his experience and progress into Site Supervisory roles.
His commitment to learning, willingness to take on new challenges and drive to keep progressing are exactly what we look for at Champion. It's been great to see his career develop, and we're proud to have supported him every step of the way.
