Jaydon Love-Holmes: Apprenticeship Completed

Please join us in congratulating Jaydon Love-Holmes on successfully completing his Level 2 Groundworks Apprenticeship with us.

Jaydon joined us straight out of school back in July 2023, keen to start a career in construction and follow in the footsteps of his father Chris, our Adoptions Manager who has been part of the Champion Groundworks family for almost 10 years.

‍

After settling into his Apprenticeship with us, and after spending time learning the different skills and specialisms within Groundworks, Jaydon gravitated towards finishings as the area he'd most like to work in because he enjoyed the variety in the day-to-day tasks that this area provides, compared to some of the other specialisms within Groundworks.

‍

Jaydon has excelled within finishings, and we're delighted to share that he's now a permanent member of our team, currently based at Sherford where, with the support of Champion Groundworks behind him, he'll continue to develop his skills and hopefully reach his future career goals. In the short-term, Jaydon would like to attain his machine tickets and in the long-term has aspirations to become a 'black hat' on-site one day.
