The health and wellbeing of our team is and always has been our top priority. In recent years we've implemented a number of strategies to ensure that the mental wellbeing of our team is given the same care and attention as their physical wellbeing:
✔️ Daily mental welfare check-ins for our everyone in our team when they arrive to work on-site
✔️ We were the very first groundworks business in the UK to achieve ISO 45003 (Psychological Health and Safety at work) accreditation via AQA in 2024. This accreditation aims to recognise a robust management system for implementing effective controls to eliminate or manage psychosocial risks at work.
✔️We're the first business in the South West (beyond Bristol) to achieve ISO 45003 accreditation
✔️ We have our very own in-house team of mental health First Aiders, ensuring a high level of awareness
