We’re delighted to have started work on an exciting new project for Lovell Partnerships at Acland Vale, located in the charming village of Landkey, near Barnstaple in North Devon.
The Champion Groundworks team is delivering S278 and enabling works for this major development, which during its first phase, will deliver 381 brand-new 2–5 bedroom homes and bungalows. Set within peaceful countryside yet just a short drive from Barnstaple’s shops, schools and amenities, Acland Vale will offer residents the ideal balance of rural tranquillity and everyday convenience.
A big thank you to Lovell Partnerships for trusting us to deliver on this crucial early phase of works for such an exciting scheme, which plans to deliver 820 new homes to the area alongside open spaces for community use and allocated land for future education and employment opportunities.
