New Project: Honiton

We're delighted to share that our team have recently started work on a new phase of work for our valued client, Baker Estates, near their existing Hayne Farm development in Honiton.

This new phase of work will see the redevelopment of a previously derelict farm area adjacent to Hayne Farm, transformed into 37 beautiful new homes.

The Champion Groundworks team will be delivering:

➡️ 160lm of adopted highway & drainage

➡️ 620m3 of cellular attenuation

➡️ Retaining walls

➡️ 37 plots, including plot drainage & external works‍
