NEW PROJECT: MILLBROOK

We're delighted to share that Champion Groundworks has started work on a new project with Gilbert & Goode in Millbrook, near Torpoint.

This new development will provide 20 much-needed affordable homes on the Rame Peninsula for local people alongside public open space and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems.

Our scope of works on the project includes:

➡️ 20 residential plots

➡️ Topsoil strip, cut & fill earthworks

➡️ 352 metres of adopted drainage infrastructure (foul and storm)

➡️ 770m² of adopted carriageway construction

➡️ 700m² of private drives and parking courts

➡️ 130 linear metres of retaining walls

➡️ Construction of a large attenuation basin

➡️ Main service trenching throughout the development
