We’re delighted to share that we’ll soon be starting work on a new project for our valued client, Wain Homes, at Panderosa, Bodmin.
This new development near the hospital will deliver a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, alongside new amenity space and key infrastructure improvements for the local area.
Our scope of work on the project includes:
➡️ 58 units – foundations and externals
➡️ 2,240m² adopted roads
➡️ 1,445m² adopted footpaths
➡️ 495m adopted storm drainage
➡️ 570m adopted foul drainage
➡️ 1,050m³ attenuation pond
➡️ 382m³ attenuation tank
➡️ Section 278 works
