Project Update: The Meadows, Cullompton

Check out these recently captured photos of our ongoing work for valued client, Bloor homes at The Meadows, Cullompton - a site that we're very proud was also recognised at the recent NHBC 'Pride in the Job' Awards, for the outstanding level of quality being achieved consistently.

We started working on this exciting project in late 2022, and so far we've completed:

➡️ 149 out of 190 plot foundations poured

➡️ 111 out of 190 plots completed including foundations, services & drainage

➡️ More than 3,000m of drainage installed

➡️ More than 1500m of roads installed to binder course

➡️ Around 30% of the planned roads installed to surface course

➡️ All attenuation ponds installed

Our most recent work on site has been focused on a new section of the site (pictured below), where 50 plots are planned, and we currently have our work in this area programmed to Spring 2026. We're very excited to see how this section of the site develops and we're extremely grateful for the ongoing support of the Bloor Homes team.
