Project Update: Libbets Grange

Check out the latest from our active project in Crediton for Bellway Homes
The Champion Groundworks team have been busy working on-site for Bellway Homes since late last year, and just check out the fantastic progress the team are making!
Libbets Grange is a development of new homes located on the edge of the town of Crediton, Devon. Under the Artisan specification, this exciting new development offers 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes, and will appeal to a whole host of buyers, including families and first-time buyers. Additionally, the site will boast spectacular views of the local area, well-situated amenities within walking distance, and several areas of public open space. Our total scope of work for the project includes:
✔️ 257 units (foundations & associated plot externals)
✔️ Adopted roads (1965m)
✔️ Adopted foul & storm drainage (4171m)
✔️ Foul pumping station with rising main
✔️ Attenuation ponds and associated swales
✔️ Temporary works (e.g. haul roads & piling mats)
The latest updates from our on-site team include:
➡️ 3 show homes and show home complex completed
➡️ 1000m of roads & sewers installed
➡️ 106 foundations installed to date
➡️ 94 substructures built to date
➡️ 83 oversites installed
➡️ 68 floors poured
➡️ attenuation pond excavated and lining installed
➡️ pumpstation & 170 meters of rising main installed and being commissioned next week
We're very excited that Bellway are almost ready to open three high-specification show homes to the public at their show home launch event in the coming weeks. The new 3 and 4 bedroom show homes include The Thespian, The Mason and The Goldsmith. This marks a key milestone in the project and the culmination of team work from all the contractors involved.
