Project update: Pandarosa, Bodmin

Check out the latest pictures from site.
We recently shared that work was underway on a new development for our valued client, Wain Homes, at Pandarosa in Bodmin.
Located near the hospital, the development will deliver a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, alongside new amenity space and key infrastructure improvements for the local area.
Our scope of works includes:
➡️ Foundations and externals for 58 homes
➡️ 2,240m² of adopted roads
➡️ 1,445m² of adopted footpaths
➡️ 495m of adopted storm drainage
➡️ 570m of adopted foul drainage
➡️ 1,050m³ attenuation pond
➡️ 382m³ attenuation tank
➡️ Section 278 works
Our team is making excellent progress during the early stages of the project. The site has now been stripped, the soakaway tank installed and backfilled, and work has begun to form the site compound ahead of Wain Homes becoming the principal contractor.
Construction of the adopted drainage and roads is also underway, alongside the Section 278 works.
Watch this space for another update in the coming months!
