We're delighted to be building on our relationship with Bloor Homes after securing the next phase of works at Farleigh Gardens, Seale Hayne, near Newton Abbot. Following the successful progression of the site's initial infrastructure works, our team is now on site delivering the first phase of plot works for this exciting new community.
Farleigh Gardens forms part of the wider Houghton Barton development, which will create around 900 new homes for the local area. It's great to continue playing our part in bringing this development to life.
Our scope of works includes:
✅ 44 plots
✅ 750m of adopted foul and storm drainage
✅ Pumping station
✅ Attenuation pond
✅ 220m of adopted roads
