New Project

We're delighted to share that we recently started work on a new project for our valued client, Wain Homes at Dudman Farm in Truro.

‍

This exciting new development of energy-efficient homes will include a substantial provision of 90 affordable homes, along with some of the properties being built to M4(2) and M5(3) standards. In addition, the layout of the development provides a generous amount of open space and walking routes which will become formalised public open space, along with dedicated ecology mitigation areas, a BNG gain and an above policy compliant level of tree canopy cover. We couldn't be prouder to be supporting the Wain Homes team on this new project, and our scope of work for the project includes:

➡️ 2,055m of adopted roads

➡️ 4,110m of adopted footpaths

➡️ 2,900m of storm drainage

➡️ 2,420m of foul drainage

➡️ 4 attenuation ponds with approx 6,600m3 of storage
