NEW PROJECT: SEAL HAYNE
Find out more about our new project for Bloor Homes, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot.
Our team have recently started work on initial infrastructure works for Bloor Homes at Seal Hayne, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot.
These infrastructure works will feed a 900-home development known as NA1, and will eventually connect to the new link road that has been installed past Plants Galore on Perry Lane.
Our work on this project currently includes:
➡️ Three attenuation ponds totalling over 2,200m3 of storage
➡️ 1,265lm of Storm Drainage and 330lm of Foul Drainage
➡️ Stopping up of sections of Howton Lane and over 500lm of new road
➡️ 650lm of Mains Service trenching
